FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

Do you provide prints of my illustration?
No, I do not provide prints, or a printing service. You will be sent digital files that you can use to print - either at home or from a professional printing service.

What size will my files be?
You will receive 3 flattened jpg files. 1 - A landscape digital file, 1920px wide by 1080px high. 2 - A portrait digital file, 1440px wide by 2560px high. 3 - A 300dpi A3 size print file.

Can I print multiple copies of the print file?
Yes, you can print as many copies as you like, for personal use only.

Can I sell copies of the illustration?
No. As the artist I retain the copyright to all my work. Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell copies of my work. The work I create for you is strictly for personal use only. You may print copies for your own personal use only. Any breach of copyright will result in legal action.

Can I edit the files once I receive them?
Once you receive your files you can edit them if you wish as they are for your personal use, however I still retain the copyright for the illustration(s) and once again, any breach of copyright will result in legal action.

How long does it all take?
My availability is strictly limited. At busy times my custom illustration service may not be available. If I am available and I accept your commission request you should receive your files within 7-14 working days.

What angle will my car be drawn at?
All cars are drawn from the front 3/4 view as per all the visuals on my website, unless otherwise agreed.

Am I allowed to request amends to the illustration?
The car I draw will be based on the information (and photos) you supply. I am happy to make slight tweaks to minor things such as tweaking the colour of the car, but the drawing I provide is final. I will not be getting involved in back and forward emails making changes to the illustration, and I will not redraw the car from a different angle unless we have previously agreed on a different angle prior to the work being started.

What is your refund policy?
All drawings are created based on the information you give me. If for some reason I am unable to start or complete your illustration then I will of course issue a refund. By commissioning me to draw your car you are paying me for my time. As such, once the illustration has been completed there will be no refunds as I have already taken the time to draw the car you hired me to draw.
